More About Me
Buying or selling a home can be one of the most challenging and stressful experiences you will ever have. It is so important to work with someone whose experience and work ethic you trust. I make it my personal mission to provide each home buyer or seller a smooth, rewarding, and trouble-free experience. I do this by personally getting to know you and your particular needs, providing expert and timely resources and support, and, as your advocate, helping ensure you make the right decision for you and your family. My partnership with a top-rated agency that shares my values, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group, assures superior resources and support for both home buyers and sellers. My most important business asset, though, are my customers. It is because of them that I am able to conduct almost all my business by referrals.
A licensed realtor since 2007 and a graduate of the Realtor© Institute, I have built my business on a foundation of integrity and a true passion for meeting and exceeding the real estate needs of each and every client. As a long-time resident of the seacoast area, including spending over forty years summering in the lakes region, I have developed a deep knowledge of and appreciation for our very special corner of the world. I know first-hand the challenges of frequent moves, building a new home, as well as remodeling an older home. With my background as a teacher and my passion for community involvement and volunteering, I also appreciate the importance of our neighborhoods and giving back. To me, a house is much more than four walls, but an extension of the unique identity and life of each family, a haven that offers comfort and pleasure each time we come home, and I strive to have each client interaction reflect that belief.
Whether you are seriously considering purchasing or selling a primary or vacation home in the area, or simply want to talk with a professional with any questions you may have, please call or email me. It would be my pleasure to serve you. Also, if you’re interested in learning more about area charities, please consider one I have supported for years, Amy’s Treat. Amy’s treat is a local seacoast organization dedicated to providing solutions for the day-to-day challenges of living with cancer as well as giving cancer patients unexpected lifts to the spirit through their “treat” program. I have seen first-hand the positive impact Amy’s Treat has on so many lives. To learn more, please check out their website at www.amystreat.org/.
